Modified 2006 Mazda 3 | Brandon

Hey Yo, I`m Brandon, 21, and this is my 2006 Mazda 3 S Series. I bought this car in January 2006 and have steadily been making additions to its looks, sounds, and performance. Stay tuned and check out my ride as I give you a quick walkthrough of my modifications.

Performance:

AEM Cold Air Intake

Put the car on some ramps for easier access to the exhaust clips

Magnaflow Exhaust laid out and ready to be installed. Test fitting before tigtening the clamps.

Since the intake required the front bumper be removed I had the professionals at Sonic Boom Motorsports take care of the hassle. For the throttle body I bought some 4 Gauge ground wire and connected it to the throttle body and the negative battery terminal. It allows the Electronic Throttle Body to respond much quicker to the gas response.

Rockford Fosgate P2 10' Component Subwoofer
Rockford Fosgate P4004 4 Channel Amplifier
-originally puts out 1200 watts. Bought with a birth certificate rated at 1719 watts. Gotta love Rockford Fosgate.
Custom Installation

I used 3/4' MDF to build the box and template. Finished the box, time to mount to the template.
Making the final measurements before cutting the sub hole. Test fitting before carpeting.
Finished product looks tight. At night, the amp lights up red orange matching the interior gauges.
